My experience with Dedalo has been horrible. The company does not follow through. I booked them to hang up Christmas lights (confirmed a date and time) and the guy Victor (owner of Dedalo) never showed up. I ended up giving the company a second chance to come back the following week and he blew me off again (never showed up a second time after confirming via text and through the application). Again, I took off work for him to be here and he did not have the decency to get back to me. Do not use this company as they are not reliable.

Apologies for the outcome but We left a message to reschedule ,the rain pushed everyone back one day for safety reasons we can’t install under the rain We didn’t hear back from you after leaving the message

Victor stole the deposit and never returned. He made excuse after excuse . We are now taking action against him.

Nothing was stolen from you I don’t understand why are you even using that word I had a crew working at your house for 5 days and you failed to paid the deposit for a month I have to pull out the guys and now they don’t want to come back The money you paid is just enough to cover what we did in your property Your accusation is not true
