Visionary Landscaping did what they said they would do for my property for the first month or so of their service. After that point, they became less responsive and then suddenly informed me that what we had agreed upon was not what we had agreed upon re: lawn care. It didn’t matter what the owner and I had initially discussed. When I asked if they could continue service based on what they could offer and add an additional service to maintain the lawn which I would pay for, they didn’t respond. They didn’t complete a final service that was prepaid and I asked them via text twice to kindly respond to me within a day or two to confirm if they would be servicing my property going forward. There was still no response. Their lack of response and lack of service was unprofessional and very disappointing. I strongly would not recommend this company’s service.
