Our driver, Nafi, was very responsive. Arrived on time (4.30am) for a drive from Wellington to PBI. He was dressed professionally. The vehicle was a Suburban, it was clean, and there were 2 small bottles of Fiji water for our use. I would definitely use Elite Limo again.

I have been dealing with Elite for months while I waited for a concert I booked in May . They were very patient and I called a number of times with questions. Ive been treated well and they have been patient answering my concerns. It was raining on my drive to Miami but my driver ( I think his name was Mack ) drove very carefully. I will be using this service again in December. I trust this company and glad I found them .

Their service is excellent, and I highly recommend them! Their prices are very reasonable, especially for luxury vehicles. They have a Mercedes van with comfortable couches and speakers, which is perfect for luxury families. They also have luxury GMC, Cadillac, and Suburban vehicles available.Their pick-up and drop-off service is always on time, which is very important to me. They are also very professional and provide excellent customer service.I have been their customer for a long time and have always been very happy with their service. Highly recommended!

We provide clear quotes before confirming a reservation so customers know what to expect. Airport and point-to-point transfers are typically quoted as a flat rate, while hourly services are based on the vehicle and minimum booking time. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, or special requests when applicable. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always welcome our clients and we do care for them that they are satisfied with our services.
Our process is simple and organized. First, we collect the trip details, including the date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, luggage, and preferred vehicle. We then recommend the right vehicle and provide a clear quote. Once the customer confirms, we secure the reservation and send a confirmation by text or email. Before the trip, we coordinate the pickup details with the customer and assign a professional chauffeur.
On the day of service, our chauffeur arrives on time, communicates with the customer, and provides safe, comfortable, and professional transportation from pickup to drop-off.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and experienced in luxury transportation, passenger safety, defensive driving, airport and hotel pickups, meet-and-greet service, and providing professional customer service. Our drivers are properly licensed, background checked, and trained to handle a variety of transportation needs.
