⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ exceptional service and genuine care! i had the absolute pleasure of being driven by someone who truly goes above and beyond. not just as a driver, but as a compassionate human being. from the moment i got in the car, he made sure i felt comfortable, safe, and cared for. his energy was calm and grounded, and his conversation was insightful and warm. he’s extremely patient, trustworthy, and laid back. exactly the kind of person you want by your side on a stressful day. when i mentioned i was running late to court and struggling with my hair (florida humidity is no joke), he didn’t hesitate to help. he even brushed the back of my hair without judgment, something i asked him to do because i didn’t have the time to do it myself. that moment told me everything i needed to know about his character: kind, respectful, and humble. the car itself was spotless, smooth, and relaxing to ride in. after court, we drove around for a while, and he listened to me vent about my situation without once making me feel judged or rushed. his ability to hold space, listen with sincerity, and validate what i was going through meant the world to me. this man is rare. you can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about the people he serves. i’d recommend him to anyone, without hesitation. and if/whenever i return to florida, i will 100% be booking with fig again. truly one of the best rides (and conversations) i’ve had in a long time.

Our driver, Siam Khan, was very responsive. Arrived on time (5am) for a drive from Lake Worth to PBI. He was dressed professionally. The vehicle was a Suburban, it was clean, and there were 2 small bottles of Evian water for our use. I would definitely use Fig's Transportation again.

We highly recommend Figlimo service. We needed a driver for our cruise vacation departing Miami. Fig was punctual and very professional. He responded quickly to all my questions. Our driver for our return communicated with me throughout the pickup process so we (all 5) had no issues leaving the terminal. Thank you Fig😊
