Our first driver was not good. He was not a good driver. One of our passengers got very car sick. She had to sit up front with him. It still didn't help. We ended up pulling off to the side of the road. He quit on us and switched drivers. The new driver was great. After that she felt fine.
The first driver was also kinda rude and seemed annoyed when we asked to add a stop and he was constantly calling my phone to see when we would be ready to leave. He seemed annoyed that he was driving us around.

I booked an 18-passenger party bus for 5 PM for my 26th birthday, and the experience was beyond unacceptable.
At 5 PM, no party bus showed up—no call, no message, nothing. When we finally reached out, we were casually told that the bus had “broken down” and that we would be refunded in a couple of days. So no one was going to inform us that our booked service wasn’t even coming?
After that, we had to contact the actual bus owner ourselves, and he said he would send a 14-passenger vehicle instead. What arrived was NOT a party bus at all—it was a limousine. Not only was it completely different from what we paid for, but it was also filled with smoke so badly that we couldn’t even get inside.
This completely ruined my birthday plans.
The total I paid was $1,695, and I have only received $750 back. I am still owed the remaining balance, and at this point, this feels like a scam.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and they do not deliver what they promise. I will be taking further action to resolve this.
