- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the service requested, such as makeup only, hair only, or a full hair and makeup package. A deposit is required to secure the appointment date and time, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the service. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. I occasionally offer specials or group rates for multiple clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a consultation where I ask about the client’s desired look, the occasion, and any inspiration photos they may have. I also discuss skin type, preferences, and timing for the appointment. Once everything is confirmed, I secure the booking with a deposit. On the day of the appointment, I create the glam look tailored specifically to the client to ensure they feel confident and beautiful.

I have certificate in esthetics so I am extremely knowledgeable with different types of skin texture
