- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most people charge for 45-50 minutes. I charge $85 for an hour. If you will not be able to speak to someone because you cannot afford it, I will give you a discount until you can afford it. I work on an honor system. If we don’t trust each other, we won’t work well together. This is the first step in showing you I trust you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief consultation and if a person wants to proceed, I get to know him or her and what his or her concerns are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate on aging from Johns Hopkins. What I learned is 100% identical for people of all ages. Everyone needs to be productive, safe, healthy and happy no matter how old you are. I have experience and or certificates in: Building confidence College counseling (before and during) Eldercare Pursuing your goals Relationships Understanding happiness as it relates to you Understanding your worth I also have a lot of experience with recovering from serious illness like heart disease, stroke, etc. It is very difficult to get over what one has been through and doctors and hospitals offer virtually no help with the emotional aspect of healing.
