- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour, I tend to think if the jobs are pretty simple, and you know how long it will take, you know what you are expected to spend to get you started but if some things pop up, you know how much it will cost you to have a professional's time at your disposal $18/hour for administrative $25/hour for Recruiting and Business Management $20/hour Direct Mail - Data Entry, Print Labels on Printed Materials and Mail unto 3000/pcs (not including cost of postage and materials) $20/hr Project Management If a project becomes more long term a job rate may apply instead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real Estate continuing education is necessary. For Business: Utilizing new technology to help streamline, Recruiting and staying up to date on laws. business courses always a necessity.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I relocated from New York to Florida to be closer to family. I went from running a full time business and simultaneously became a successful Realtor. to the quietness of Florida, made me think, how can I take advantage of everything I've learned? so here I am creating another business born out of necessity. I would've benefited from a company like this when I was starting. Working with someone who has overall knowledge that can help me get to that next level in my business.
