- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free consultation to discuss your case before signing anything! You have no out-of-pocket expenses once you sign up, meaning you don't pay a dime to me throughout your case; I only get paid by the insurance company or from any settlement of your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can complete an intake on my website, or we can complete/go over it together either by phone or video char. Then you will sign some documents, including a contract of representation, so that I can open your file. Then I will begin working on your case immediately. Also, unlike other law firms, all communication is directly with me, your attorney, at your preference, either by email, text, video, phone, or online portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am legally allowed to practice law in the State of Florida per the Florida Bar. This requires a four-year Bachelor's degree, a Juris Doctorate degree, and to have passed the Florida Bar Examination.
