Introduction: Hi! My name is Dariusz Kuzminski, and I have been a personal trainer since 1998 when I was certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I hold additional certifications in a wide range of other aerobic and physical fitness disciplines such as kickboxing, aero kickboxing, weight-loss programming specific to the individual, high-low aerobics, and stretching. My career began in my native country Poland, where I had the good fortune of working closely with some of the top professionals in fitness. This vital exposure has given me a complete understanding of all aspects of training and the skills to pass this knowledge on to every one of my clients. In addition, I relay to all whom I work with the vital role that good eating habits and proper diet plans are the ultimate success for achieving the goals we all set for ourselves. With clients, both young and old alike, I take great pride in adapting the level and intensity of my one-on-one sessions to the particular needs of each individual. Since my motto has always been "Maintain the perfect balance of mind and body", I incorporate the principles of yoga into all my stretching techniques. This further enhances the total experience with a particular focus on opening our minds to a higher level of respect for our bodies. My goal is to make sure that all of my clients understand the important benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Just in a short time of exercising with Dariusz I felt much better tonus in my entire body muscles after a long break of having any physical activity at all. Dariusz had proven to me that I can do much more than I thought I’m able to and I’m very thankful to him for that and for his patience! I was pleasantly surprised of his profound knowledge of human body & how it works. So, during my work outs I was never worried about any possible injuries & etc. His good advice and tips on healthy way of eating are also very helpful. I would definitely be his client again in the future. I do recommend him to anyone who is serious about having a great, productive work outs to get back in shape, or whatever your personal goal is regarding physical exercise.

When I started training with Derek 7 yrs. ago at age 49, I was impressed with his professionalism and athleticism. With his help, I discovered my body's capabilities and am able to set high expectations which pay big rewards: increased stamina, endurance, energy, health, & happiness. I am a 66 year old female who has been working with Dariusz for about two years. He is an outstanding trainer who tailors workouts specifically for each client. When I told him I was recommended for two total knee replacements, he designed a program to help me increase the muscles that support the knees Now I am stronger and no longer have to worry about the possibility of knee surgery. He combines functional strength training with cardio-vascular workouts and I have also lowered my cholesterol numbers significantly.

I have trained with Dereck for over 4 years. He has designed special work-outs to address my needs. As a 58 year old woman, I have limitations due to osteoarthritis.
