As former professional ballet dancers and current personal trainers, we take the stress and guesswork out of building long, lean muscles and maintaining a strong and graceful physique. Our combined years of experience include a deep knowledge of flexibility, stretching, strength, endurance training, proper nutrition, injury prevention, aerobic/anaerobic workouts, and performing experience. Add a healthy dose of humor, music, fun, and our love of working with people, and you have an fitness and exercise program in a realm of its own. The trainers of Pure Lines Fitness not only love working with people but love seeing their clients succeed in their fitness goals. It is our mission to guide you through your health and fitness journey. Our greatest joy is seeing the excitement on our clients faces as they see their transformation.

Megan was incredible ! . Although she's younger then what I was looking for . I was pleasantly surprised and appreciate her knowledge and life experience that allows me to feel she relates to what I am looking for in a trainer to achieve my goals, considering my age, injuries and the stage of life . Megan, was careful with my injuries with a positive plan to push me do that I can feel the burn of loading the maximum fat and become lean . I felt her expertise training was very assuring to hire her as my trainer . Looking forward to taking off 20lbs . Will review after I reach my goal !

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a new client, we always have an initial meeting to discuss our clients goals and expectations. There is a lot we like to learn about our client before we sit down and make a detailed and customized fitness and meal plan.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Both trainers at Pure Lines Fitness have years of experience training and performing as professional ballet dancers. Our careers have allowed us to travel all around the world furthering our knowledge and experience. We used these years of maintaining a dancers body to guide our clients on creating their own lean body.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Our fitness clients have ranged from ages 18-75. Always keeping safety, personal injuries and limitations in mind. With our ballet students, we work with students of all ages and skill levels. We have years of experience training young dancers, new dancers, and adult dancers.
