I was able to work with clients in and out of the gym and then in my personal fitness studio. I then migrated to South Florida (2014) and have a personal fitness studio. As a young man I lettered in football and track, after finishing college I started personal training. Meeting people I can help truly fulfills me. My clients are my livelihood. I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Holding a NASM certificate for over 18 years. I am a College Football Athlete which gives me foundational experience with personal training and health wellness.

I have worked with a wide range of customers. My clients have ranged from 13 - 70 years old, male and female. I have also worked with clients of different health backgrounds and exercise backgrounds. I am here to assist with your goals and to guide you in the right direction
