I am a Certified Personal Trainer who began my career in New York City in 2003. I was able to work with clients in and out of the gym and then in my personal fitness studio. I then migrated to South Florida (2014) and have a personal fitness studio. As a young man I lettered in football and track, after finishing college I started personal training. This guy is the best. Ricardo is helping me change my life. In down 20 lbs and I owe a lot of it to Ricardo. I’d love to post before and after pictures here but it’s too early. He trains me in my gym which is bare bones. But before that we were training outside. I have continually lost weight and always feel pumped after workouts and sore the next day. If you’re going to work with Ricardo you should be committed to yourself and him because he’s committed to his clients. Couldn’t give him a higher recommendation or better review. I trust him explicitly and he has never let me down.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Holding a NASM certificate for over 18 years. I am a College Football Athlete which gives me foundational experience with personal training and health wellness.
