- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that in the property management and Real Estate businesses every situation is unique just like every buyer and seller. Pricing varies dependent on the intensity of the services required. We do have a minimum charge and we believe in being efficient! We also treat our client’s assets as if they are ours. I use the time I have with you effectively and maximize your investment potential.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the situation and provide the best solution for your management or handyman needs. Once an agreement is made we then provide professional and prompt updates with the project at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After Graduating with a Business degree from Centennial College in 2003, I embarked in a career in Real Estate. During my tenure as a Real Estate agent I won multiple awards and gained a great rapport with colleagues in my field all while building a successful business. I then began to focus my efforts in Investment Real Estate and development of projects and obtained my Florida Real Estate Brokers License in 2012. With all the knowledge and experience from my years as a Real Estate agent I founded Cross Border Realty & Management.
