We had an excellent experience with Scrub Force getting our roof, driveway, and back windows cleaned. They went above and beyond to make sure we were very satisfied customers. They used a drone to show up videos and pictures of before and after which was very helpful. They had a very friendly and willing and able attitude and were extremely responsive to my requst for an estimat. Every quote is customized after a quick look at your property either in person or online. I offer fair, upfront pricing and discounts for repeat customers, multi-service packages (like house + roof), and HOA or commercial contracts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting a quick description or photo of the area that needs cleaning so I can give an accurate quote. Once we agree on pricing, I schedule the job at your convenience — no waiting weeks. On the day of service, I do a full walkthrough before starting and again when finished to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Payment is only due once the job looks exactly how it should.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent several years in the pressure washing industry handling everything from residential homes to large commercial projects. I’ve trained under top South Florida companies and learned proper soft-wash and surface-cleaning techniques to protect paint, roofs, and landscaping.
