I am proactive and self-taught, and I have strong communication abilities and skills for teamwork. I am known for being responsible and committed, and I have excellent interpersonal skills and very good attitude towards customer service. I have updated computational tools in hardware, software, small networks, and plenty of knowledge in web development. As a system technician with 12 years of experience, I have been performing effectively in the workplace functioning in technical support, technical troubleshooting, assembly, preventive or corrective maintenance of hardware and software, upgrade, installation and configuration of computers, printing systems, and network configuration. I am competent in managing office tools, systems operatives Windows, iOS and Linux. As a system technologist, I have knowledge in programming databases and configuring logical networks. Last year, I have committed to expand my knowledge in iOS /iPhone app programming and web design and development. I give support websites and platforms of virtual education. I am in constant training for more efficient processes and best solutions, helping companies to generate more profits. I am fluent in Spanish in speaking, writing and reading. I am able to read technical English, and I am currently learning to speak and write English doing ESOL classes.
