- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by asking for a few pictures of the job so we can get a good idea of what needs to be done. We try our best to give an estimate based on the pictures, but sometimes we may need to come out and take a look in person. We’ll also ask if your neighborhood picks up landscaping debris or if you’ll need us to haul it away. From there, we’ll send you a free estimate, usually by the end of the day. Once you’re happy with the price, we’ll get your job scheduled.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and co-owner has been doing professional tree service work here in Palm Beach for over 7 years. With his experience and my love for the business side of things, we decided to come together and start something of our own. That’s how Top Branch Tree Service started.
