We recently had our ac handler back up and leak through our ceiling. I reached out to maxim mitigation to come in and make sure that we didnt have any further water damage and mold! Woke up with some flooding in my laundry room after a typical summer storm in south Florida. Maxim Mitigation was extremely quick to respond and help! The gentleman assisting me was able to discuss possible causes of the flooding as well as several solutions for preventing it from happening in the future. Overall, it was an effortless exchange and a friendly one! I will definitely recommend this company to friends who need help with water damage and flooding!

I woke up to a flooded laundry room, I completely panicked. I found Maxim Mitigation online, Max was here within an hour. He used his equipment and found the water had spread underneath the laminate floor all the way to the front door. He vacuumed and dried the floors for me, which prevented further water damage and mold growth to my home. Very reliable, trustworthy and local.
