Unfortunately due to a recent customer service issue my review has been update. The pro’s about this company is the punctuality. They will get the work done in a timely matter BUT you need to be careful with errors that are made by them before hand. That is a lesson learned on my end. The responsiveness was excellent but once you have an issue things change. I do not want to talk bad about a small business but this company has a lot more to learn about customer service. I had to get my page redone, although it was my fault for accepting the page at that moment because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted I hired them thinking I would get the page I was hoping for. The way the page looked was not bad but it wasn’t how I was really picturing it. I sent them different samples and they were just not seeing what I wanted. The biggest issue was when I received a message from a customer saying they were able to download my photos freely. I reached out to Oliver and told him why was that available to clients and his response was “if you would like a change you have to pay” I responded with that’s that a change that is an error from the website developer basically YOU and it’s costing me money. The conversation did not go smooth. I was more upset at the fact that he turned in an error made from his company to the customer. That is not professional at all! This is why I have decided to change my review to a 3 star.
