Introduction: I am a South Florida based photographer who specializes in portrait and wedding photography. My passion for photography began in the early stages of high school, and I have continued to develop into an ever-evolving talent into the wedding industry.
I have over 15 years photographing children, brides and families. Along with 5 years managing a portrait studio and a bachelor's degree in photography.
My passion for brides began in the Netherlands, when my best friend asked me to take her bridal portraits and wedding family pictures. The moments captured were timeless, as she stated. My biggest strength is in capturing the natural looking, non-traditional photos where the precise lighting creates an everlasting effect in each priceless photo.

We had a big family photo session with Joanna recently and she was amazing!! Joanna was professional, patience, personable, kind and just an awesome photographer!! Also her rate was reasonable too. We were very pleased with Joanna. She spent a great deal of time with our family, including 2 toddlers getting them to smile and cooperate with a large family photo. We were disappointed though that the best of the adults in the photo showed 2 grumpy kids. We are not blaming Joanna for that.

Joanna was great! My 2yrs old daughter is super shy and whiny, Joanna was very patient with her and was able to capture many good shots of her. We will definitely call her again for another photo shoot. Thank you Joanna!

I cannot say enough about Joanna. She met with us in person for a consult and she was genuinely interesting in learning about us and what we were looking for. She was very clear with how she operates- prices, timeline, how and when she releases the photos, etc. The day of the wedding she was punctual, and captured a wide variety of poses that we just love. We received the pictures ahead of schedule & we are in love with them!!!! I really wanted some artistic poses along with all of the traditional poses and she delivered on both accounts!!! I am SO happy with my wedding pictures! She was an absolute joy to work with every step of the way. To top it all off, her prices are extremely reasonable.
