- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, the customer comes to Anvil Aluminum Exteriors looking for either storm protection or a screen enclosure. From there, we go over the client's vision of what they are expecting from our products and we do what we can to bring that to fruition while staying within state and county codes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Anvil Aluminum works with customers seeking one shutter to finalize their insurance break all the way to Home-owners Associations working to get a whole block uniform with new screen patios. Small or big, clients bringing their project to Anvil Aluminum can expect sales reps with real field experience, installers who care about cleanliness, and customer service you will want to tell your neighbors about.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am fond of a recent project in which Anvil Aluminum re-screened a pool cage for a wellington homeowner. She contacted me at an opportune moment to where I could see her immediately. Her screen was sun-damaged and moldy so, we replaced the most severe screens to keep the mosquitos out, and we'll be finishing the rest when she is ready. The pool is safe again for evening swims.
