I cannot say enough good things about Vitalii. I found him on Thumbtack late at night and even though it was 1:00 AM, he responded immediately, gave me a clear price right away, and stuck to that price with no surprises. He arrived on time, worked fast, efficiently, and professionally, and most importantly, took the time to explain exactly what he was doing while he worked, which I truly appreciated.
