Introduction: My personal style, comes from a place of gentleness. A place of compassion and observation of self. Opening you up to allow yourself to be exactly who you are, your most authentic loved self. My personal belief is we as humans on this earth are too hard on ourselves. We burn ourselves out and our bodies are forced into sickness and rest. We deserve rest, love, peace, and recluse. My purpose is to hold loving-gentle space for you until you can offer that to yourself.

A personal note to you...
My passion for wellness comes from my healing journey. A journey I am forever continuing to be on. I have struggled through depression, anxiety, and trauma. I was unhappy in my personal and professional life and couldn’t see a way out. Many times feeling a lack of desire to live. I spent 10 years taking medications to help balance my depression and anxiety. The medications would work for a short time, but I would eventually end up where I began, hopeless. It wasn’t until I decided to do something different that things started to shift. I decided to come off the medications and seek a more holistic route. This was not an easy road. However, it was worth it. First, I discovered the practice of meditation. This completely changed how my brain processed things. It gave me space between my thoughts. It allowed me to sit with uncomfortable feelings. As I started to heal and shift my mindset, I found the practice of yoga. Yoga brought me to a connection with my body, which I so desperately needed. As I started to awaken, so did my purpose. I knew I needed to share my story and learn how to guide people through their healing journey. We live in a world that doesn’t always encourage healing, tenderness, compassion, and love. My goal is to open you up to this. My goal is to hold space and energy so you can one day create this space for yourself.
