- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a virtual consultancy, Newlight Creative has none of the overhead related to typical agencies or marketing firms. We deliver agency quality work and results at substantially lower costs and always make an effort to offer discounts to others in the small business community. Example of this discount would be INCLUDING a business card design and printing of 500 cards with all Logo Design projects. This regular offering has a value of up to $200 based on specs for card produced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Newlight's working process, while simple, is tailored to each client based on their project and availability. An in-depth consultation is always included before any work is started so that the clients vision and expectations are clearly communicated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal education includes 4-year degrees in BOTH Graphic Design and Drawing from the University of Florida. Also have the benefit of 20 plus years or diversified professional experience in both the corporate and agency environments.
