- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% Military, Senior, Teacher & First responders discount. For Mold Testing services we have a $167 minimum which includes an on-site assessment (not including samples or report) We have a $99 inspection & estimate fee for anything Water/Fire/Mold/Odor removal related. This fee is credited towards the project once hired.

Listening to the problem at hand. Inspection of the issue and offering an easy and affordable solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC training. NORMI certifications. State Licensing. Years of field experience. Years of management experience both in the field, and office in restoration. Thousands of inspections performed.
