The technician had to order the part I needed so I needed to wait a week for the stove burner to be replaced but Brian arrived on time and was finished within 15 minutes of arriving.

Brian is a nice person. Decided not to fix my stove because of the cost which was reasonable but stove just wasn't worth fixing. No pressure.
