Almost immediately after I requested a quote, I was contacted. I explained my issue, and Pedro wanted me to set up an appointment. I told him I had to check my schedule and I would call him back. I was having a really bad day and never got around to calling him back. He contacted me again the next day. I explained to him that I needed a new water filter housing for my refrigerator. He checked availability for the part and told me it would be available the next day. He called me as soon as he received the part and asked if it was ok to come and install it. He came and installed the part quickly & efficiently. He was very professional, prompt & efficient. Communication was also excellent. I would not hesitate to call him again for any appliance needs.
