- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and based on the size of the area, type of fabric, and level of dirt or stains. I never add surprise fees. I also offer weekly promotions, bundle discounts for multiple items/rooms, and a minimum service fee applies depending on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs through photos or a brief description. Then I provide an accurate quote, explain the cleaning process, and schedule the service. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, evaluate the material, and proceed with professional cleaning using safe, high-quality products. Finally, I show the results and make sure the client is fully satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training in upholstery and carpet cleaning, including stain removal, hot water extraction, and odor treatment. I continuously update myself on the latest cleaning techniques, eco-friendly products, and equipment to guarantee the best results for my clients.
