He didn’t come to change parts or components but to understand the root cause of the problem. He went from the main to the auxiliary panel, found what was drawing as it was supposed to and what it wasn’t. Just had an EV charger installed at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the work. The electrician was professional, on time, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet with a 50A breaker cleanly and safely, and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident using it.
The install looks great, everything works perfectly, and he made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I had a strange repair- a rotted elliptical battery that also knocked out the positive connector wire fitting (the pin rotted inside it).
Not only did he get the wire fixed and the right battery replaced, but he mounted it into the elliptical (it is screwed into a hard to reach spot). He made everything easy, was full service and very pleasant to work with.
Even when you have a really strange type of repair (I had several electricians walk from this job)- he's got you covered.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try that the price I give on the portal is similar to my final price, so it is good that the customer give me details of the work to be done
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer tells me exactly what he wants, if it is through the best portal, since there is proof for both of them that the work is done as requested, so I try to please him, if it is necessary to give advice on how it would be better. I suggest the work with a lot of respect, but in the end what the client wants is what matters to me.
