- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually price jobs by the hour and we always include standard photo editing, high-resolution downloads of all photos and copyrights/photo release for all photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a phone call to discuss exactly what coverage you are looking for and let you know exactly what we do and how we do it. With 20 years experience, we are also great at helping our clients with the timeline of the event to make sure everything goes as planned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20 years experience in the event photography business and have previously owned a successful photography studio. We have worked all size and types of events over the years.
