FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are listed and straightforward, but I’m always open to talking things out. Every pet is different, some need more attention, some sleep all day, some barely need potty breaks. If you feel the price doesn’t match your pet’s routine, just tell me. I’m flexible, and I always try to make things fair for both sides. I’ve even lowered prices before for long-term or recurring clients. So feel free to message me, we can always adjust things if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a meet-and-greet so the pet can get comfortable with me and I can understand their routine. Then I confirm the schedule, feeding instructions, and any special needs. During the service, I send updates, photos, and messages so the owner always knows how their pet is doing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with many different animals, and I’ve taken animal science and veterinary-related classes in school. I also stay updated on pet care basics, safety, and handling through my own research and experience
