I would give Jay 10 stars. Probably the best person I have ever worked with off of Thumbtack. He went above and beyond to work with me to install security cameras, hang 2 big screen TVs and install a wired doorbell. Not only does he do good work but he is super friendly, communicative, punctual and flexible with scheduling. He came out to look at the job initially and then again to do the work. Pricing was very reasonable and he does quality work. He made everything easy and does the job the right way explaining what he is doing as well. My job was for a residential home but Jay does large commercial jobs as well so even if the job is small or a huge job you should definitely still reach out to him. Would also add that if you have questions after the job is done Jay will still make himself available. Not many people do that when they are done with their work. I would highly recommend him and call him to do additional jobs for me in the future.

Jay did an excellent job installing my Ring cameras. He was prompt in responding to my inquiry and immediately scheduled a visit to provide an estimate. His pricing was very reasonable for such a large job, and his knowledge of security camera setups was impressive. He delivered outstanding results, and I’ve already decided to contact him again to install and mount my new TV. Throughout the process, Jay maintained professionalism and excellent communication. I wanted to build a custom intergraded smart home in 2021 once I closed on my house, and I reached out to Fresh AV and design. The owner Jay took the time to meet for an in home consultation to make my dreams into a reality. His team installed 6 TVs, an incredible 3 speaker sonus surrounded sound system with subwoofer. His team came into my home with shoes gloves and cleaning equipment incase they made a mess during the install. They worked quickly and made the process as streamline as possible. It went so well I called him back a year later to install a full security system, interior lighting and z wave devices to complete a functional modern style smart home. I would highly recommend his services to anybody. We recently have been making plans for a custom floating bar set up and fireplace. 10/10 service each and every time.
