I could not believe how quick and easy Indoor Climate Experts made our HVAC repair. We noticed the leak around 9:30AM and called about 10AM. By noon, our repair was completed and they were out the door. Cannot beat that service - 10/10

This is the BEST AC repair company we have ever used for repair services. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and skilled, and knew exactly what repairs were needed to fix our AC unit. He also was very kind and understanding - we needed an emergency repair, and even though it was late in the day, he came right to our home and did the repair work needed. Our AC is working perfectly now. If we need repair work in the future, we will definitely call Indoor Climate Experts. Many thanks also to Jonathan.

The reason I gave them a three rating is because they gave me an invoice showing only the total for service which was $1,10.00 with no itemization of parts or labor on it. So I'm still not sure what was wrong with my air conditioner. I felt this was very unprofessional. However, I was grateful my air conditioner was up and running again. Patricia L. Williams.
