The performance of this company reflects the ideal in customer contact and communication. My first contact was to ask questions about battery systems for home back up electric power. I spoke with the General Manager Jake Terry. While he was unfamiliar with my specific interest. He said he would get back to me but he would be out of the office for a week to 10 days on personal reasons. He did call me back when he was back AND HE HAD clearly done a lot of research to the point that he was able to answer all of my questions. Next, he personally examined the site and reviewed the totality of the work I wanted accomplished and, on the spot estimated the complete job and then broke it down into individually affordable segments. We agreed to start segment 1 immediately at a reasonable price and he named the electricians he would assign. This was on a Wed; the two named individuals, Marcos and Ivan, arrived on Fri.They were very knowledgable (so much so that in a discussion with a Duke Energy inspector there was a disagreement over code requirements which they resolved by showing the inspector a copy of the code - which he said he had never seen. They completed this segment 1 in the time promised and cleaned the site when they finished that it was impossible to tell they had even been there.Their performance was beyond any expectation I could have had, so much so that I am now in the process of authorizing segment 2 of the proposal.It is impossible to say enough great things about their performance. Their dedication to excellence, their courtesy and honesty and openness is unusual in this day and age. I would recommend them to anyone needing aan electrician for any job, large or small.
