Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the amount and type of material being removed, labor required, and accessibility of the property. We provide clear estimates before work begins, with no hidden fees. Customized pricing is also available for recurring commercial cleanups and valet trash services for apartment and community-living properties. Veteran and first-responder discounts are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a quick conversation to understand your needs, location, timeline, and the items or areas requiring service. We then provide a clear estimate and schedule a convenient service time. Our uniformed team arrives on time, confirms the pricing, completes the removal or cleanup efficiently, and leaves the area clean and ready to use. For commercial properties and valet trash services, we develop a customized service plan based on the community’s size, schedule, and specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I bring extensive training in leadership, safety, teamwork, organization, accountability, and completing demanding tasks efficiently. That experience guides how we plan each job, protect customers’ property, handle materials responsibly, and maintain high professional standards. We also follow industry best practices for safe lifting, proper disposal, recycling, property cleanouts, and residential, commercial, and valet trash services.
