- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is fair. We are a local so we avoid most of over head costs associated with a corporate company, and still offer excellent service. We also support our veterans and first responders so please ask about those discounts, because we appreciate your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and easy. We first get all the information we can to understand the customers needs through a simple phone call or text message. Smaller jobs are traditionally estimate over the phone preferably with a few photos (one full load or smaller). For larger(one full load or more) jobs we can give a free on-site estimate. From there we schedule your appointment for a time that best suits you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We saw the need people had for junk removal and unwanted items to be hauled away, and we also saw how expensive it could be. What we aim to do it provide a professional and affordable junk removal service.
