Use these guys if you need junk removal. I reached out to a few places and Polk Property Junk Removal had the best price by far. They came out on a Sunday with no hesitation, gave us a heads up before arriving, showed up early, and got right to work. We had a whole house full of junk from moving and they cleared everything out in under thirty minutes. They even swept up the mess before heading out. Fast, affordable, honest, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.I attached some before pictures to show how much junk there was. I was in a rush and forgot to take after photos, but they cleared house. Thanks again!!

Cant say enough good things about these folks. Immediate response to a text on a Saturday for a Sunday pick up. Had a great price and a time window within minutes. Actual removal was even better. Polite. Helpful. Thorough. Gave me good advice on another issue. This all because a national hauler backed out last minute. I am glad they did. I wont use anyone else. Thanks, guys!
