- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic family style starts at $35 per person plus the cost of groceries, to a plated service being at $45 per person plus the cost of groceries. While $35 per person seems steep to some, the money isn't all going into the Chef's pocket. There is a lot of behind the scenes work that you don't get to see, and this is why our prices are what they are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation call. Once you decide you are ready to move forward, I will create 3 custom menus for you to choose from. (This is all about YOU so pick and choose how you like!) After you approve the menu, a down payment of half the total price is made to secure and book the date in my calendar. On the day of the event the remaining money is due. Then action time sit back, relax, and enjoy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with and A.S. in Culinary Arts from LeCordon Bleu Dallas. I am nationally certified by Servsafe as a Food Protection Manager (the certification needed to run a restaurant).
