- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that clients book a FREE consultation. During this call, I get a high level sense of who they are, their specific needs, and how I can help. After all necessary documents have been gathered, I go through a Q&A with the client to ensure that no deductions, credits, etc are missed. It is pertinent to hear the customer's background to ensure that we file with the most advantageous outcome possible and don't miss any valuable inputs.
