We had two running toilets that needed repair in our business. Paul responded immediately with his assessment, gave a price estimate, and scheduled a time to come out. When he couldn’t make the time promised, he communicated immediately. Something that is not always done in this line of work. When he came out, he was prepared and immediately repaired the issues. He even checked the other toilets to make sure they were running properly. What a nice guy to work with! Efficient and fair. Definitely would hire him again.

Paul was very professional and responsive. Considering I'm a remote landlord, I was very pleased how knowledgeable and quickly he repaired the toilet. He also took pictures and explained everything he did for me. My tenants stated..."I just wanted to let you know that Paul was great. He was kind, professional, and did a great job!" Paul was the White Knight in my bathroom/kitchen remodel. The tile contractor was not able to replace the toilet in my master bathroom tile remodel, nor replace the electrical outlet covers in my kitchen back splash remodel. So I had a nice new tile floor in my master bath with the toilet left sitting in the middle of the floor! I jumped on Thumbtack, and luckily I was able to hire Paul. He arrived punctually and professionally, surveyed the situation, went to the store to get the correct toilet connector, and promptly installed the toilet. He also hung a new vanity light over the bathroom counter, and then conquered the kitchen and installed all the electrical outlets and switches. He was very professional, warmly personable, and delivered the highest quality of work. He truly understands both professionalism and the importance of delivering the best customer service. I wish there were more than 5 stars, because he deserves the highest rating. And of course, he is my new go-to guy for all future work. Thanks much, Paul!
