- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to be competitive however my prices are sometimes more than my competitors due to years of experience. I do offer discounts for seniors, military and some other occupations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually meet to look at project and discuss their desires, then work up an estimate based on information they've given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school and went into the Army. When I was honorably discharged I moved to Florida and acquired more skills through on the job training.
