Jake was very responsive, set up a discussion to understand what I was looking for and finalized the date for the project. He is very methodical and spoke consistently to ensure he accomplished what we were looking for. He also wears many hats and I didn’t have to venture elsewhere to get an electrician even though the concept of the job was carpentry. By the end of the project, I could not understate how amazing the project looked. I am super happy as a result of his work and will definitely recommend him and use him for other projects.

Jake and his team did a wonderful job building a wall in my bedroom for me to separate the bathroom space from the rest of the room. He does quality work and has great prices. I will definitely be using Jake for any future projects!

My experience with Orlando Elite Renovations was a mixed bag. As someone who runs two businesses and travels extensively, I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and the accommodating demeanor of owner Jake. However, there were notable shortcomings in the execution of the renovation.
While Jake was pleasant to work with, I found myself having to supervise the work closely due to frequent mistakes and lapses in judgment, such as using common areas of the condo for construction tasks. Although the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, it was evident that corners were cut to meet deadlines. Issues like a crooked sliding door and a misaligned water knob were disappointing discoveries upon my return. While Jake offered a $100 discount for these issues, it felt insufficient considering the overall investment.
On a positive note, the craftsmanship in areas like tiling and painting was commendable, and the functionality of plumbing fixtures met expectations. However, the presence of noticeable mistakes detracts from the overall satisfaction with the renovation. In hindsight, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and professionalism, especially given the significant financial investment involved.
