- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What sets us apart is that we are flexible. Did you hear that? FLEXIBLE! I want you to feel good about the service and care. I want to feel good that I am helping a family in need of service. Happy to talk to you about your needs and budget and we can go from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to get to know you and for sure you get to know me. I will be working with someone very important to you, so the more info I can get the better. I will strive to keep your pet on the schedule that they are used to. If they are not allowed on the furniture or not to get treats after a certain time..they can beg with those big brown eyes but no go buddy:) Bottom line is I am here to make your life easier and make sure your pet is happy, healthy and sleepy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had pets my whole life. I have worked in boarding facilities, vet clinics, and even opened my own pet boutique in the Midwest. I even took on a challenge to start a now yearly pet expo with over 200 vendors. Whew! I'll stick to caring for your best friend. I am in the process of launching an online retail boutique soon. You will also be seeing me at local festivals soon so stop by and say woof when you get a chance. Id love to meet you.
