Ann is an outstanding trainer. She personalizes each client's workout with an eye towards working even the small muscles which don't usually get much attention, and increasing the intensity of sessions. If muscles don't get challenged, you won't get stronger and more fit. Ann demonstrates what she would like you to do, and makes sure you are doing each exercise the right way. She is always on time with a prepared routine for the time available. Ann continues to study and learn, and passes knowledge on to clients, helping them understand why they are doing particular exercises. Ann has a big heart. She genuinely cares about each person she works with. It has been my pleasure to have Ann in my life. Ann is doing just what she was meant to do. I give the highest of personal recommendations to anyone who would like to improve their life through exercise, and come to know a truly wonderful person.

Ann is a superb personal trainer. She has a gift for knowing just what I need physically. She frequently checks on me post-workout via email, especially when she knows I've been challenged. She watches carefully and makes adjustments to my form. I believe she's worth three times what she charges.

Ann Allen undoubtedly is the best trainer with whom my husband and I have worked. She invests considerable time and effort in understanding your goals and any specific issues/limitations so as to customize training sessions that fit you. The result is a workout that is creative, dynamic and motivational. She pushes you just past your comfort level, and you find yourself accomplishing more that you thought possible. Ann’s focus during your workout is totally on you! She ensures that you’re using the correct form and provides the encouragement or challenge you need to move forward. I would recommend her highly!

Ann is such a wonderful and dedicated personal trainer!! She works hard with everyone of her clients, she gives her best and works with only one person at a time. Her workouts are customized to fit each individual's personal needs and one is guaranteed to achieve their personal goals as long as they are committed. Thank you, Ann for all you did for me!!

Ann has been my trainer now for several years and, in that time we have become close friends. She knows when to push you and when to be gentle, proper exercises for each individual's needs and health status, and, even, what "made in the USA" outfit would look best during a workout! I am one lucky gal for having met Ann!
