- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial visit to home is complementary. Free Design Services, 1 hour layout and product selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client calls and sets an appointment to visit our showroom. When the client selects a door style and counter top for their project a designer will visit the home or office and create design that best fits the description of what the client is looking for. Once this is completed, there will need to be a payment for materials, and installation should be set within 72 hrs of purchase. All Labor is to be paid at the completion of each trade.
