What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do painting by the square foot. Other labor costs are 60 per hour. Toilets and hanging TVs dishwasher installs all flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what the customer wants accomplished, timeline and cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Education. Almost all my labor skills are self taught although some I’ve had some mentoring.
