The team showed up on time and did a great job packing and moving. We had an issue with having too much for the truck based on our bedroom count but they made two runs without a break. We would definitely use Butterfly Express again…next time make sure they bring two trucks!

A couple of minor hiccups with furniture hitting the wall, but overall happy given the tight squeeze to they had moving heavy furniture upstairs. They even did a super careful job moving a heavy pet enclosure that I had concerns about whether it would hold up structurally. Would definitely use them again
