Set up a time to get moved last month. First they said 9 am then 1 to 3 then 3 to 5 then 6 and canceled on me. I had to be out. Had to then at the last minute call someone else and pay even more because of this. All they did was give me my 25 dollar deposit. Tried to help a small business and put my trust into them and I was left stranded at a house I was not supposed to be in.

Hello Ms. Montes, we completely apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused. I tried to push for it to be done but it simply couldnt have been done due to another job adding more things that werent listed in the quote. The movers ended up leaving their first job at 9:30pm , making it too late to complete your move. As i stated before, moving industry is always subject to change. Also, it is not the companies fault if you booked on the deadline of where your staying. Thank you and god bless.
