- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is considerably higher than most, and for good reason. Our therapists have considerable training and education in advanced modalities and in the related fields of yoga and fitness, giving them a deeper understanding of how the human body works. Our results speak for themselves, so check out our reviews to see! All In Pricing Model: We don't believe in charging different rates for techniques or modalities, such as Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Medical Massage etc. We believe those are tools in the therapist tool belt, and will use them to get you the best possible outcome from your session. Therefore our rates are set based on the length of appointment, and the location of said appointment. Pricing shown, is for In-Office Services. Outcall Service pricing is provided when the appointment location is provided. As healthcare providers, we never expect tips. In the case that you insist on tipping, we donate our tips to local Orlando non-profits dedicated to improving the lives of Central Florida residents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will complete a digital intake form prior to the appointment. We will contact you to collect a credit card to secure the appointment. New clients are asked to arrive/be available 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to insure all paperwork has been submitted, and review your health history. Payment is collected at the start of the appointment. Your therapist will discuss your goals for treatment, and work with you to determine the priorities for the session. After the session is complete, your therapist will review the session, evaluate outcomes, provide you with home-care recommendations, and provide a proposed treatment plan.

Both of our therapists graduated from Central Florida School of Massage Therapy, which is consistently ranks as one of the top schools in the state.
