I am very sorry to hear of such a negative review. The photo session lasted over 4 hours which typically should be a hour to two hours max. I apologized if they felt rushed but it was more of the fact that we began to lose lighting due to the amount of time spent for multiple outfit changes, hair, and make up service. The women were having a great time drinking wine and laughing which made me happy to see how relaxed they felt. They both had a party to attend at 7pm that evening so my make up artiest and myself wanting to make sure they would be on time as well. They had wanted to also photograph their children with in the same photo session, however their children were not dressed or ready and with the amount of time for the boudoir photo session we both agreed to take at a later date. After their make up and hair was finished both sisters realized that boudoir make up was not the look they wanted for their family photos. The session was schedule a week and half before Christmas. I assured them both all work would be completed and delivered on time. The sisters had multiple changes to the images they wanted for the calendar which I did not mind as to I wanted them to be happy. Once the were calendars were completed, I than paid the extra shipping fees to have over night/express shipping. I take my photography and clients satisfaction to heart. Again, I am very sorry the two sisters were not satisfied. However, their photos were amazing and I am positive their husbands were beyond happy with the sexy photos of their beautiful wives. :)
