- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am credentialed with many different insurance companies, including Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Humana and more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are looking at the most highly trained person: someone with a PsyD or PhD has years more training and thousands of hours of supervision. The 'D' means the person holds a Doctorate Degree.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
